EFK All Majors Scholarship Application

PURPOSE
The Education Foundation of Kenosha is sponsoring a $1,500 renewable scholarship to provide assistance to a Kenosha Unified School District student who will be graduating this year. The scholarship may be used only at an accredited institution of higher education located in the United States of America.

ELIGIBILITY
Interested students must be graduating from a Kenosha Unified high school, be academically capable, demonstrate a financial need, provide a transcript, and be a U.S. Citizen.

FINANCIAL DATA
The scholarship award amount is $1,500. It may be renewed up to a maximum of four years. The award is to be used for tuition, fees, and college residential costs at an accredited college or university, and will be issued to the college or university at which the recipient is enrolled.  Payment of scholarship will be made to university/college after one completed semester. Students must provide transcripts upon completion of each fall semester.

Complete this application and submit by March 15th.
